Some roads in Poland might be awful (good roads are really something we take for granted in Denmark!), but when it comes to shopping they're not behind! I think Martyna said that there are 8 shopping malls in Poznan ;) We went to 3 of them. Well okay, we might also have a lot of malls in Denmark, but I do think they all look alike and are quite boring...
The first one we visited was Stary Browar which was a beautiful industrial and architectural building with art, shops and restaurants :)
Then we went to Galeria Malta that most of all reminded me of an American mall with numerous floors, shops in the hallways, and a whole floor with fast food chains and restaurants competing side by side and a movie theater - I loved it ;) There were many stores that we don't have in Denmark, and that was only a plus ;) There were lots of great high street brands like Bershka, Pull&Bear, Reserved, Zara and many more, and it was just a great place for shopping!
A great view from the "food floor"
At last we went to Factory which is an outlet mall where you walk into stores as we know them, but all their stuff is cheap :) You could really do some bargain shopping here!! I was really excited about all of these malls... It's another shopping experience than in Denmark that's for sure...
I morgen vil jeg vise jer, hvad jeg købte ;)
Tomorrow I'll show you what I bought ;)
Btw we also went to a HUGE Tesco! Had to snap a panorama picture of this place ;)
Then there's the food!! Food is VERY cheap in Poland compared to the Danish prices (which are ridiculous)!! So you can imagine my excitement ;)
I had a lot of great food in Poland. The first night it was mexican and amazing cake for dessert. Then we ate delicious pizza and chicken and more dessert! And we also had a delicious home cooked meal that Martyna's boyfriend cooked for us! Great!
At the restaurant Bar-a-boo
We also went out for beer at Brovaria - they make their own beer - and even though I don't like beer, this was a great place because they served beer-drinks ;)
A home cooked meal, snacks and "hygge" :)
